Key skills: - Creo design and drafting, including sheet metal, casting, surfacing. - Experience in engine subsystem design, handling of large complex assembly. - Sound knowledge of general Machining, welding techniques and various manufacturing processes. - Excellent working experience in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) - Design for Six Sigma, Layout Design, 3D installation drawings. - Experience in handling product development in manufacturing environment, design to reduce tooling cost, design for assembly, service. - Concept generation, development, evaluation and selection. - Product development – DFMEA - Vehicle Integration, engine integration. - Having experience in fabrication design and drawings. - Handling large complex assembly to define key architecture feature and concept development. - Extensive experience in working with global cross functional team and supplier. - Lead engineering release process (specifications and drafting releases, drawing quality review) - Extensively lead cross-functional design reviews, created presentations and publish technical documentation (technical reports) - Advanced technical report writing with data analysis using Microsoft Excel. - Cost analysis, design to reduce tooling cost.
